Returns
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used, except in the case of a manufacturer defect.

Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Note that your financial institution may take an additional 2-3 business days to reflect the refund on your account.

International Shipping
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees incurred for their international orders. We are not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is the responsibility of the customer to communicate with customs agents and provide any required documentation.
